Here's what you need to know

  • Visit businesses on your bingo card, complete qualifying purchases, and the business will cross off their square on your card.
  • Keep receipts to qualify for prizes.
  • When you complete a BINGO (5 squares in a row in any direction), send a picture of your marked bingo card and pictures of each receipt to [email protected].
  • The first few to complete BINGO receive one of our amazing prizes!
  • Even if you aren’t one of the first winners, continue participating to earn entries into our giant giveaway (see bottom of the page about prizes for info).
  • Track how you feel before and after the summer by printing out our wellness tracker
  • Join us for a party with all businesses and participants at the end of the summer!

Qualifying Purchases

 

*Post squares

  • There are five “post” squares on your BINGO card. In order to mark off one of these squares, you must post a picture or video on social media tagging @plusonepelvichealth and mentioning “Summer Business Bingo"
    • Nashville Post: your favorite place in Nashville, e.g. restaurant, park
    • Franklin Post: your favorite place in Franklin, e.g. downtown, business
    • Wellness Post: you doing something wellness-related, e.g. grounding, drinking water
    • Fitness Post: you doing something fitness-related, e.g. working out, on a walk
    • Nutrition Post: share a favorite meal or recipe
