Imagine a therapy practice where healing happens in a space that feels nothing like a clinic — calm, intimate, and centered on Christ. That's what we've built at Plus One Pelvic Health, and we're looking for our next team member to help us grow it.

We're a women's health practice located in Franklin (across from Herban Market and Flower Kitchen, and above Format Fitness), and we're searching for a joyful, experienced PT or OT who's passionate about pelvic health and ready to bring their heart into their work. If you want to practice in a setting that values deep, personal care over rushed appointments - this is your place.

We are open to discussing both part-time and full-time roles. We primarily treat in-person at our Franklin office, but also offer our patients virtual and in-home options. We specialize in trauma, sexual wellness, pregnancy, postpartum, prolapse, and pelvic pain (we do not currently treat men's health or pediatric pelvic health). Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, empathetic, hungry to keep learning, and comfortable thinking outside the box to meet each patient where they are.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited physical or occupational therapy program
• Valid Tennessee license to practice
• Pelvic health continuing education
• One year of experience treating pelvic health patients preferred
