We love our women's health practice and are thrilled to bring another team member into the tribe! Our office is located in Franklin inside Tennessee Alternative Medicine. Our ideal fit is a joyful, caring therapist who wants to help us create a Christ-centered treatment environment for our clients.

The new PT or OT position is part-time, treating primarily in-person at our office, with the option to also treat in patient's homes, virtual, or a hybrid. We work one-on-one with our clients, so the position requires self-motivation as well as the ability to motivate your clients through their plan of caare.

We are looking for someone to grow with us as a company and help create and implement new sytems to better help our clients. Plus One provides the platform for your ideal part-time work schedule, with the structure to treat patients the way you've always wanted.

Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited PT or OT program
  • Valid Tennessee license to practice
  • Pelvic health continuing education
  • One year experience treating pelvic health patients

Job Type: part-time with option to grow to full-time

Salary plus commission: starting at $40 per hour, depending on experience level, longevity, and bonus structure

Benefits: PTO, continuing ed stipend
